Shopping with Dormella

Dormella sells home and dorm organization products through this Shopify store. These terms apply when you browse the website or place an order. Contact us through our Contact page or at vrxosh@gmail.com with questions about a product or order.

Product information

Read the product description and selected colour, pack size, power option and quantity before checkout. Photos can show multiple options or suggested uses; only the items described in your selected option are included. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Measure your space and ask us about missing dimensions or compatibility information before ordering. Do not rely on a photo to establish fit, load capacity or electrical compatibility.

Prices and payment

Our base currency is Canadian dollars. Supported local prices and the payment currency are displayed on the website and at checkout. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Any separately payable import duties or carrier charges must be considered when ordering. Your bank or payment provider may charge currency conversion fees. We do not add a subscription or recurring charge unless you expressly choose one at checkout.

Orders and corrections

Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If stock, delivery coverage, a pricing error or another issue prevents us from supplying an item, we will contact you and offer a correction or refund for any item we cannot supply. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. You may request cancellation before the order is processed; contact us promptly because cancellation may no longer be possible after processing or dispatch.

Delivery

Availability and delivery depend on the selected item and destination. Refer to our Shipping & Delivery policy and the checkout options for applicable charges and estimates. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Items can arrive in separate parcels. Contact us if tracking stops updating, an item appears lost or you receive the wrong parcel so we can investigate.

Returns, faults and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds policy explains the return window, condition requirements, return postage and refund process. Contact us before returning an item to receive the correct instructions and authorized address. Tell us promptly about a damaged, defective or incorrect item. These terms and our other policies do not remove any mandatory consumer rights, guarantees or remedies that apply to your purchase.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s information or reproduce content without permission from the rights holder. Third-party links and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive identification documents through our Contact form or ordinary email.

Changes and applicable rights

We may update website information and these terms. Changes apply to future use and orders; the terms and policies presented when you placed an order continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence over any conflicting wording in these terms. Nothing here requires you to waive a legal right or accept a remedy below what applicable law provides.
